Happy Saturday, sorry I have been MIA lately. Work has been really busy and last week we had a sick kitty that needed some TLC, but she is doing much better now.Last weekend I started working on this card for the Denami Design Color Challenge, but didn't get it finished before I had to go out of town on Sunday. I finished it up this afternoon, just in time to get it in the challenge. Here are the challenge colors:
There isn't much to my card, it's pretty self-explanatory. The card base is kraft, and I scored a few lines above the patterned paper layers and above and below my sentiment. I don't know who made the tulip paper, but the green polka dot paper is from the DCWV Nana's Nursery Boy paper pack. My flower is from Denami Design and I airbrushed with Copic markers for its background.
I punched two different butterflies out of each of my patterned papers and stacked them on top of one another, then added a couple of green pearls for the body. The buttons and twine are from Papertrey Ink. The sentiment is from Endless Creations.Here's a peak at the inside. I punched a scalloped border out of the green polka dot paper and layered the tulip paper on top. The polka dot strip in the middle is what was leftover after I punched the border.
