In keeping with the fall theme I started earlier this week, here is a card I made using Lockhart Stamp Company's Pumpkins in Wheelbarrow stamp (thanks, Jenny!) and BasicGrey's new Ambrosia papers. I'm not typically a fan of orange, but I like the way this card came together.
The image was colored with my Koh-I-Noor pencils and blended with Gamsol. I airbrushed the sky and the grass using my Copic Airbrush System. I accented the veins in the pumpkins with a yellow Spica marker and also went over the leaves and stems of the pumpkins, as well as all the grassy areas, with a clear Spica marker to give them a dewy look. The edges of both stamped pieces were inked with Ranger Distress Inks to give them a bit of a vintage feel. The upper left corner needed a little something, so I added a few Dew Drops. A raffia bow was the finishing touch to complete the autumn feel.
Thanks for stopping by. Wishing you 'Kind Thoughts' for a great weekend! I know I will have a great weekend - I'm getting together with my stamping buddies, the Krafty Kats, tomorrow for lunch and an afternoon of playing with some fun stamping toys. Then on Sunday I meet with my Stamp Club from Scrap Chic Boutique, so I'll be a stamping fool this weekend! What could be better?!

I think this is one of my favorite cards that you have done... the raffia finishes it off perfectly.
